Описание: This apartment is part of an attractive. traditional villa with a swimming pool. on the South side of Lake Como. The villa consists of two connected holiday homes. The villa is completely renovated and retains many original features such as the use of natural stone. Your holiday apartment has been tastefully furnished. The apartment offers two people all the privacy you can wish for. You have a private entrance. kitchen and a balcony where you can enjoy the sun. Each floor is separately controlled. The various floors and gallery bedroom are reached by spiral staircases.The villa sits at a height of 300 m. There is a splendid view of Lake Como from the terraces and the swimming pool (shared with the other holiday home in the villa). The villa is between Lake Como and the smaller Lake Mezzola. There is a national park at the other side of the lake which is excellent for walks. The home is in a perfect position to discover Lake Como with its many beautiful villages and villas. The fashionable city of Milan only around 1.5 hours away by car or you can go to the beautiful ski-area Valchiavenna ( 44km. 1 hour by car) .
